30 questions for self reflection in 2018

New year - old you.

Self reflection and looking back at the past year, to learn and evolve to the next, is of great importance for self growth. We’ve decided to skip the Gatsby new year plans and replace it with dinner with good food and friends, to pause and reflect on the part year. We are also going to create a vision board of what we would like next year to look like (if you’d still prefer the Gatsby party, good for you, maybe next year is for self reflection, nothing to feel bad about!).

Here are some questions to ask yourself to help you on your way on your 2018 refelection:

  1. When I wake up in the morning, how do I most want to feel?

  2. What does my ideal day look like from morning to night?

  3. What do I need more of in life?

  4. What do I need to let go of?

  5. What beliefs are holding me back from living my dream life?

  29. How can I show myself more love?

  30. What desires do I need to surrender to the universe?

And if you want to, end your reflection session by creating a vision board! Please be sure to stay aware of fact that we try to use Goals and visions as indicators, not measurement tools of success. Se them as inspiration, use them to create a path towards a life full of your passions, but don’t beat yourself up if you don’t reach your goal exactly as you envisioned it. Life is a living organism, let it shape you and stay humble to that you can not control exactly how things turn out, however you can try to stay focused on what makes you feel good and how you would like for your life to look like!

Here are some questions to get your vision board going, fill it with things that makes you feel light, committed, what your heart truly desires.

  • What would you do if you knew you would not fail?

  • What or who lights you up?

Good luck guys!

All our love,

xx Team Salty Boho
